How long have you been trying to get pregnant? A few weeks – rather exciting isn’t it? A few months? – ok a small frustrating. A few years? – incredibly frustrating to say the least!

How come life is so unfair, why is it that when you didn’t want to get pregnant you spent your whole time worrying about being pregnant and now that you do want to get pregnant you are still worrying about the same thing – being paid pregnant!

Worry and frustration are probably two of the largest emotions experienced when trying to get pregnant and having tribulations conceiving. Being paid pregnant should be the simplest thing in the world – or so you would reckon! Well for some it is, for others but, it is downright trying and the longer it takes the more trying it seems to get.

Does that sound habitual?

We know that today, couples often leave it later to start a family, putting their careers first and as a result do not get married until they are I don't know in their mid 30s. Only then do they start to reckon about having a family and being paid pregnant. Then they embark on the administer of trying to conceive. Looking forward to the day that they can share their exciting news with their family and acquaintances that they are pregnant.
